I liked the salary and holidays and work life balance could be maintained.

Dislikes

I did not like the IT program of Udayan care as there was no capacity building training of the staffs, lots of biasness, no professionalism among the staff

Likes

The best part of this organisation, they all work by putting humanity in their heart and always understands the condition of employees. Appraisals are very transparent.

Dislikes

Salary for beginners is little less. Still they support for holidays. Work decentralisation are not strong for same post.

... is job security but work culture is terrible overall company policies are good.Though pay is less but one can get other benefits like easy leave, direct approach to management .

I appreciated the learning that happened in the organisation especially in the children's home. I think working with Udayan Care at the beginning of a career can prove to be fruitful for both professional and personal growth because of the new things that happened

Dislikes

...tuations which can drain a person if not given proper guidance from the seniors. Also, the salary is poor and appraisals are sloppy.

Good exposure for those who are initially starting their career and are willing to passionately work for CNCP children and aftercare youth

Dislikes

A lot of work pressure. Management take their employees for granted and do not respect once they leave. The salary benchmarking is also very poor in comparison to market standard or those who are working in the organization since years.
