Here is No Work-life Balance , and most of the time you realise uncomfortable because Here is no free time for your personal works most of your 90 percent Sundays were busy on concall and official meetings

If you are working with udaan on offrole then skipped that opportunity. Worst experience from HR team and IT team. hr was not supporting from pune team and IT team is fraud they will charge for that which mistake made by them abt asset.

No Career growth. No leave in first six month. No bonus. No incentive . No extra working benefit like overtime payment.

They cut the salary on daily basis even there is nt a full rang in fmcg than what to sale and without sale they cut the daily salary

...an hour we they told about the process n I have started working on the same day. N career growth is absolutely zero if ya a off role employee salary they say it's peaceful job n there is no good hike that was given n my manager abused and when complained they took it casually. Work environment is too pathetic too hectic always asked to work late night even after reaching home. Also they asked u to work on all the pl I took till now
