Layers are getting added above you each month. Everyone is getting replaced by freshly joined people, be it person's who have been working with the startup since inception. They too have been sidelined. No career progression as the layer which you should jump into after 3-4 years of experience doesn't exist. Bosses changes frequently ( have reported to 7 different bosses in last 20 months). Work life balance is worst. 5 days a week is joke for field people.

There is no Job security.. In Guwahati location they closed their business but at least they should inform their Market Managers before that. No prior notification they suddenly shut down the business and informed the employees.

...the sales person is resolved quickly, this is the thing that bothers me a lot. There is a lot of discipline regarding salary in the company, only one person has timely salary, no matter what day it is, there is only one person, the date is fixed, it is spent in that date, he has worked here for less than 4 years, at any time.

Dislikes

There is shortage of product, as if one wants to sell but the product is not working, then one should pay a little attention to it and there is a lot of issue, buyer's waay is sometimes not solved.

Unfortunately we have to cut of from our job at the end the date will be remembered for everyone it was 29th feb 2024 the black day for us.
