the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am apart of a team thane markets reliable, high-quality product's and has a global client base.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow the work pressure is vey high. Some times, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call. managers di not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take my suggestions most of the times. the most'll of unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals

I like about my company is the culture and positive circumference in my company.appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

I dislike the authorities leadership they have in place look, I have maney good ideas and I tride to move them forward, trying to help the company.

What I loved most about Hiveloop Technologies? The freewheeling, 'anything-goes' culture—it was like working in a sitcom. You could practically hear a laugh track after every team meeting. And let's not forget, if you're looking to hone skills for a future in politics, there's no better training ground. After all, who needs structured workflows and accountability when you can just 'wing it' every day?

What didn’t I enjoy about Hiveloop Technologies? Oh, just the inspiring pay structure, where senior leadership pocketed astronomical salaries and ESOPs, sometimes over 2 crores a year, while the rest of us got the privilege of ‘character-building’ compensation. It’s always motivating to see that only those at the top truly reap the rewards—it really made us all feel like one big, happy team!

There is no Job security.. In Guwahati location they closed their business but at least they should inform their Market Managers before that. No prior notification they suddenly shut down the business and informed the employees.

...the sales person is resolved quickly, this is the thing that bothers me a lot. There is a lot of discipline regarding salary in the company, only one person has timely salary, no matter what day it is, there is only one person, the date is fixed, it is spent in that date, he has worked here for less than 4 years, at any time.

There is shortage of product, as if one wants to sell but the product is not working, then one should pay a little attention to it and there is a lot of issue, buyer's waay is sometimes not solved.
