There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t help to us . Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...the sales person is resolved quickly, this is the thing that bothers me a lot. There is a lot of discipline regarding salary in the company, only one person has timely salary, no matter what day it is, there is only one person, the date is fixed, it is spent in that date, he has worked here for less than 4 years, at any time.

There is shortage of product, as if one wants to sell but the product is not working, then one should pay a little attention to it and there is a lot of issue, buyer's waay is sometimes not solved.
