No such issues faced personally. I read some reviews related to work life balance. End of the day, start ups comprise of fairly young crowd which is ambitious for results and acts fast to close deliverables. Anyone who is anxious to learn / deliver quickly would feel at home while working with Udaan.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners

As an working employee of Udaan I would like to inform all of you that here you can see the worst management and working culture. None of my senior's are educated enough about sales but yes they have fabulous educational qualification. Here you have to work from 6:30AM. to 9PM. No one will help you about anything. Udaan fresh category is deliver the worst ever product in the market. From management to quality to delivery everything is pathetic. They believe in Hiring Firing.
