I like company culture who are experienced people with well knowledge to support in works and helping in to learn new technics and with lot of motivation.

Dislikes

There is salary increments for long run. There is no benifits of companies, worst of the job security and promotional and Appraisal.

... Teammates are support there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bound of 2 years before wich you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company is good. But the management is very worst. They cut the all lower level employees benefits to show the profit to Company.

There is no hike no promotions no working time limits no overtime price no bonus. They didn't provide anything

- Cross vertical collaboration is missing - Multiple threads are sometimes running parallely on the same problem leading to duplication of work

If you are working with udaan on offrole then skipped that opportunity. Worst experience from HR team and IT team. hr was not supporting from pune team and IT team is fraud they will charge for that which mistake made by them abt asset.

Dislikes

No Career growth. No leave in first six month. No bonus. No incentive . No extra working benefit like overtime payment.
