DOESNT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES , THEY DOESNT HIKE SALARY FOR OFF-ROLE EMPLOYEES, NO WORK ETHICS FOR ONROLE EMPLOYEES, THERE IS NO SHIFT TIMEING, THEY MAKE EXECUTIVES WORK AS THEY NEED.

Here is No Work-life Balance , and most of the time you realise uncomfortable because Here is no free time for your personal works most of your 90 percent Sundays were busy on concall and official meetings

All is well Company are going to right direction for future and company policies also good.. I am satisfied with udaan..

There is good atmosphere and our managers are good and always help of my and salary also descent..

The salary structure is overall good and paid on time.They give salary hike.

Dislikes

Lots and lots of miscommunication and politics. Management and seniors doesn't address the issues. They can fire you any time they wish for or force you to leave the job. Training is not given to new joinees. Working timing is not what is being told.They will make you work overtime(12hrs) which is not paid. No benefits and no career growth. Politics is more than working environment. Harassment is done to employees by the seniors.

...ironment amd culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. company policies are good ,they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address oir issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow.
