...the sales person is resolved quickly, this is the thing that bothers me a lot. There is a lot of discipline regarding salary in the company, only one person has timely salary, no matter what day it is, there is only one person, the date is fixed, it is spent in that date, he has worked here for less than 4 years, at any time.

Dislikes

There is shortage of product, as if one wants to sell but the product is not working, then one should pay a little attention to it and there is a lot of issue, buyer's waay is sometimes not solved.

DOESNT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES , THEY DOESNT HIKE SALARY FOR OFF-ROLE EMPLOYEES, NO WORK ETHICS FOR ONROLE EMPLOYEES, THERE IS NO SHIFT TIMEING, THEY MAKE EXECUTIVES WORK AS THEY NEED.

1. Less Job security 2. You can see Sudden changes anytime and by anyone. 3. Learning and growth opportunities are limited and are not transparent.

The salary structure is overall good and paid on time.They give salary hike.

Dislikes

Lots and lots of miscommunication and politics. Management and seniors doesn't address the issues. They can fire you any time they wish for or force you to leave the job. Training is not given to new joinees. Working timing is not what is being told.They will make you work overtime(12hrs) which is not paid. No benefits and no career growth. Politics is more than working environment. Harassment is done to employees by the seniors.

Good work organization.teammates are supportive and managenment is transparent.copmany policies are good, appreciate are fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Three is a bound of one years before which you can not resign.On the job training is not given to new joiness.
