Job security not good, where I worked for 3years 2month suddenly got a call from HR department and I was affected by company laidoff.. unexpected behaviour from udaan..sorry to say

Here is No Work-life Balance , and most of the time you realise uncomfortable because Here is no free time for your personal works most of your 90 percent Sundays were busy on concall and official meetings

Working with udaan is a great experience, friendly environment, Team leader(sayed zabi) is a awesome person, Very cooperative,U won't feel any pressure while working in udaan.

Haven't received any presents or bonus in any occasions., that's sad.
