Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It is one of the worst experience in my life. I am fighting legal case now in court. They hire people and fire anytime without no reason. They is no future for Indians in this company for growth. Highly experience Indians have to work under college pass out or novice people because they are Chinese thats why only Chinese can become boss.

Hire and Fire policy with no reason, very poor communication skills of Chinese colleagues which creates lots of issues in daily life, no knowledge they have about the industry
