It is one of the worst experience in my life. I am fighting legal case now in court. They hire people and fire anytime without no reason. They is no future for Indians in this company for growth. Highly experience Indians have to work under college pass out or novice people because they are Chinese thats why only Chinese can become boss.

Dislikes

Hire and Fire policy with no reason, very poor communication skills of Chinese colleagues which creates lots of issues in daily life, no knowledge they have about the industry

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
