UBS india team is underestimated and less appreciated evn though Indian teams are doing fantastic jobs. The UK teams are jealous of indian teams and they dont prefer t share information with india . Lot of bias for India team in UBS which need to looked upon seriously.

Dislikes

Not many tax-saving options. Promotions are next to impossible. Bonus is avg. or below avg. when compared with other banks. Transport is offered for free but it isn't comfortable.

Good working culture with a respectful environment. Good in terms of job security. Ample opportunities to learn and develop skills.

Compensation is a bit on the lower side. Variable incentive too can be a lot better.

...ce Ops rest everyone has good work life. Company policies and culture is decent. Mid range salary and hikes as per other IB's. Training and upskilling is mostly absent or simply you are on your own. Senior management are very good listeners and will talk very politely but ground level changes will take lot of time . No issues on ijp if you have done your time in your role

Avg hikes and bonus Most control at Zurich Technology stack is a mixed bag from good to ultra obsolete

...ar. No one micro manages, you can manage leaves with your workload and client. Decent competitive salary. Company culture is excellent. Team is really good with quality people. Upper management is excellent in my team. Training is excellent. Had got Coursera, udemy licenses. Also, they reimburse for required certifications. Job security is complete. I don't think they'll fire me (lol) as have won few awards. Free transport facility within Mumbai, saves on travel cost. Yet to explore other facilities as have never been to office (complete WFH yet). They will opt for hybrid model for India from near future. Opting newer technologies and always upgrading and simplifying. No office politics visible as such yet.

Dislikes

On-site opportunities are limited, unless you complete 18 months in organisation and try for internal mobility option (transfer). Waiting to see how much bonus or raise is given. Hear raises is in single digits like 5-15%. Still learning the newer domain, else not completely satisfied with the work quality.
