Focus more on qualification than output. Too many CAs at high level positions, so discriminate employees based on CA and Non CA rather than performance. Firm need to improve on diversity and inclusiveness

Senior and mid level management is worst and manipulative. Whistle blowers are not treated with respect or not get any safety. When i raised long going quality manipulations then got fired in recent RIF activity.

Great work culture and ethics. Really helps build a good work life balance in the department I work in (Finance Change) where we manage projects. CS is a flat organization and hence, you can always reach out to seniors as per their availability. CS also provides free cab services to all its perms.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but year on year hike + bonus is not that great. In terms of trainings within the team, we do not have much proper documents and most of the knowledge comes from other team mates, hence, it really depends on how well can they help guide you.

CS is a Swiss Bank. If you are coming from service company u will be happy with the package. But lot of work load. Company had huge loss of 7 billion dollars and this can be seen clearly in the company.

Dislikes

Lot of workload. Don't expect good appraisal and bonus as CS is in loss currently. It is not good time to join CS probably after 2023 you can join but this is not the good time to join CS. Avoid CS for now, or just Google CS last quarter result or loss of CS, you will get more clarity.

Credit suisse is good for career growth and salary is also good but people are very partial. Manager and other people never supports their employees. Very bad working environment.

People are partial, no work balance no care of employees.
