Building and infrastructure is poor and congested. Career growth is too slow Salary revisions do not meet market standards Health insurance coverage does not exist for parents or can be enrolled after first quarter of joining so be careful before you accept offer here

Pay is good compared to the competition, however hike /bonuses are too low comparatively

Dislikes

Streamlining is the only way UBS can deliver better, which is often overlooked! Bonus is tooooo low compared to competitors! Work culture is far from a captive bank. OT is often forced and not paid. No concern about employee skill development! No sick room or emergency doctor available!

Appraisal is mostly single digit Fixed 4.5% variable pay for Group Finance employees Poor Managers without a vision Unskilled/Under qualified staff who are transferred from Cognizant to UBS Most of Finance colleagues are over experienced and don't have any growth prospects

Pathetic management team; No scope for Learning, Poor vendor management; UBS needs brave senior leaders; No work life balance
