...politics and work culture. Nothing like an MNC anymore. No growth opportunities. Bad compensation and really bad bonus plans. Basically commit wrong profile to candidates while hiring. Really disappointed.:(

...y most of your questions are irrelevant as it is people who make it good or bad. So work life balance, salary, promotion, culture etc are all people made which we have to decide to shape it in what way. But yeah as an organisation CS WAS a best bank, as you must be knowing that it is acquired bu UBS due to again too level politics which ruin so many employees career.

Majority of people from all department do exactly opposite to what they say during interview. It's 1 or 2 among 10 are complaint otherwise rest enjoy the power and run the respective departments as per thier will.
