Job security They usually ask the employees to leave the company near the appraisal, so that no salary hike required and then will replace with less salaried candidate too. Company culture- It's worst then any Indian company! Senior will not exchange smile until or unless you are D or MD You will be blamed for IT issues as well incase you are working from home and not able to login due to server then instead of server you are responsible and senior will force you to mark leave. DON'T GO BY BRAND NAME ALWAYS PRIORITIZE YOUR PEACH OF MIND AND DIGNITY WITH RESPECT AS COMPANY CAN RUN WITHOUT YOU!

... them 3-4 times. Over working is expected and appreciated. No work life balance. Despite working long hours, compensation given is very less. Requests for basic things like chair and monitor weren't approved by the managers citing low budget. No skill set development. Team focus is on getting the tasks executed irrespective of whether the intuition behind the process is well understood or not.
