DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY WITHOUT READING THIS REVIEW-Worked as an employee here they did not pay my salary it's a FRAUD COMPANY.They have endlessly many policies out of which the HR will only explain two or three of them which you will forget as they will put a limitless load and burden of work on you before you even get to know what exactly these scammers are doing.They do things which can only be called as a SCAM and if there is something called as an OFFICIAL SCAM these guys are really good at it coz they know how to officially scam people after snatching money from them and later on giving reasons why they cannot return their money back.They are India's Misleading Scam Media Company which conducts SAME Goddamned Forums All Over India(Mumbai,Pune,Bangalore,Chennai which Overall makes India).They take money from delegates(after frustrating them with endless spam calls,spam emails and also asking their personal information),do their confirmation and later on tell them we cannot occupy you since reservations are already full(when 30 out of 150 people attend the event).They will make sure you don't get exactly what they do by appointing a reporting manager to you who will never let you do your job and when you follow his/her guidelines for sure you will be tortured and irritated by saying that why are you doing this??(with a question mark on your face that "then why did you ask me to do it??") and if you backanswer for sure you will get threatened by manager saying to you "you are on your own","is it because of me you are doing this mistake which means I was wrong" and all other useless nonsense stuff(when all you did was follow their instructions).Their exact SCAM is that they conduct same events again and again.Call the same delegates again and again(even when delegates are asking not to call or send any email but still your manager will force you to do it).If you are a FRESHER then this place is literally HELL for you where you will be asked to work for almost 10 to 12 hours and expect you to work in the exact same way as that of an experienced person(even though you are a fresher).You will spend a lot of money purchasing FORMALS,TRAVELLING and before the month ends they will CREATE SITUATIONS where you will be forced to think of leaving this SCAM COMPANY and these SCAMMERS will not pay you anything because you did not follow COMPANY POLICY(which were not informed to you but they will say we already told you).If you mention that you are trying your best rather than leaving this STUPID WORTHLESS JOB(getting TORTURED by reporting manager) their COO who is MASTER PLANNER behind all this SCAM will ask reporting manager to TORTURE you and when you approach HR to talk about resignation for that HR will give you a MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH and you might decide to give this job a try but HR is also a part of the PLAN so she will PRETEND she doesn't know what is happening with you and how badly you are MISTREATED because these SCAMMERS want to get some work done from you for FREE OF COST and then suddenly one day ask you to LEAVE(because you did not follow COMPANY POLICY).If you are from ENGINEERING BACKGROUND DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ANY COST.You will be DISCRIMINATED as if you are someone who does not work in their company and you are getting salary for doing nothing(which is absolutely false).They think you are from IT background(regardless of your department).They will throw negative comments on your degree and ask you find a job somewhere else.If you have EXPERIENCE in any field DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME COMING FOR AN INTERVIEW they cannot afford an experienced person asking for increment rather they just keep HIRING FRESHERS and FIRE them as soon as possible and this SCAM goes on.If you enquire about SALARY they won't reply on email as well as give you ILLOGICAL ARGUMENTS that you are quitting the job so you don't deserve your SALARY.That MASTER PLANNER COO will DENY any conversation with you.HR won't allow you to talk with that OLD AGE SCRAP.If you mention getting tortured they will say that you are blaming someone for your irresponsibility.They will THREATEN you that we have cameras and you VOICE GOT RECORDED that you are blaming their employees to get paid for your hard work.More questions you ask more your words will be twisted against you.It's not a company it's a TRAP set by them to first hire employees and after sometime FIRE them without paying any salary.MASTER PLANNER COO hires employees,fires employees,offers ALCOHOL to get confirmations which is a disgusting non-professional behaviour.They always sell SECOND EARLY BIRD RATE because FIRST EARLY BIRD RATE is already sold out.Complementary passes only for people from MNC's which is a discrimination mentioned by people attending their SCAM EVENTS.Regardless of how much REVENUE someone generates no one is provided PROPER INCENTIVES.These scammers have an attitude WORK FOR US WITHOUT EXPECTING ANYTHING IN RETURN.They have too many unrealistic expectations from their employees which no one can satisfy and since you did not satisy what they expected they will ask you to leave.

Goregaon office is really good.

Office culture is weird.if you go for interview they will not make you comfortable they will not welcome you after selection. There is no formal introduction with other employees. Staffs will not talk to you.HR is full of attitude. If you mail come concern then COO will terminate you. Better think before apply.

To be precise only good thing about working for this company was the money.

There is no culture, no employee satisfaction, no empathy attributes in the leaders of this company. They literally abuse their subordinates and are highly unprofessional. You are not even allowed to keep your personal phone in the office premises, it's as if you are working in a jail.

Great working culture. One of the best organisation to work with. The seniors are very supportive and they really guide through. Its a Happy atmosphere, people here are like family. Lot of things to learn here.

The incentive is good, but you've to give up your personal life to achieve it.

Zero work life balance and a very monotonous, unfair, work environment. There's no HR in the company either, to go to when things go wrong.
