To be precise only good thing about working for this company was the money.

There is no culture, no employee satisfaction, no empathy attributes in the leaders of this company. They literally abuse their subordinates and are highly unprofessional. You are not even allowed to keep your personal phone in the office premises, it's as if you are working in a jail.

Great working culture. One of the best organisation to work with. The seniors are very supportive and they really guide through. Its a Happy atmosphere, people here are like family. Lot of things to learn here.

The incentive is good, but you've to give up your personal life to achieve it.

Zero work life balance and a very monotonous, unfair, work environment. There's no HR in the company either, to go to when things go wrong.

There's nothing to like about this company..the environment and employees are not professional.

Dislikes

There is no growth and compensation within the company..each and every department has a target to achieve which is ridiculous..and the seniors are of no help and wont even try to motivate its employees.
