Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing is bad. It's a product-based company, so have to oversee the product at all times. Work Days : 7 days and it varies, for weekends the responsibility changes from developer to developers.

The managers are very co operative and work with us. There is no mental divide as manager and employees, we are free to even go and converse with the CEO/MD of the company. The work environment here is like working on a college project with all the freedom to explore.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Appraisals are not good and are subpar when compared to the industry standards. Benefits such as medical insurance to parents, travel or food facilities are not available.
