I was started my carrier as an Executive Administration. I have learnt many things from organization such as team work, people management, how to face critical situation, how to deal with the different principles etc.. and i have paid my utmost effort to the company to achieve their business targets. As a results management has promoted me as a Manager General Administration.

Dislikes

Salary increment / annual bonus are very poor. And never given any family get-together or company trip like that. Appreciations (from head office) are very less.

Politics is miserable because leaders only want to listen what they like to listen that increases insecurity in putting your thoughts and opinion, negative perceptions are build in moments without considering the practical and ground level reality
