I was started my carrier as an Executive Administration. I have learnt many things from organization such as team work, people management, how to face critical situation, how to deal with the different principles etc.. and i have paid my utmost effort to the company to achieve their business targets. As a results management has promoted me as a Manager General Administration.

Dislikes

Salary increment / annual bonus are very poor. And never given any family get-together or company trip like that. Appreciations (from head office) are very less.

Work Details

Frankly i am telling, my work load is too high and i have to look after entire office & Distributors. but, i could manage my day to day operations. My manager (country manager) has given me free hand to do my responsibilities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
