Though it is mentioned as USP the systems that were followed here are too far from the current pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements. Now the USP culture is similar to a typical Indian pharmaceutical organisation that runs behinds projects and deliverables rather than Quality of standards.

Dislikes

Inclusive behaviour is limited to documentation rather than implementation. Priority was given to external candidates rather than internal Scientists.

No job security in Procurement job we saw many employee leaving because of mental torcher at work place. I mean a feed back I received is , In one go no one can get entire process to learn an deliver. Also HR team is wasting time to on board an employee an ther are leave for every 2 to 1 to 6 months . Pls management should focuse on the mentor that why is this change happening in one particular division. There should have a keen observation in this Procurement mentor.

Leaders are blind dependent on the semi knowledge mentor in Procurement division.
