This list is pretty lengthy 1. This company completely driven by 2 owners and the Son. 2. For each and every department they are only one. They make policies as per requirement of them only. 3. During project lots of partiality for vendor payment. The do changes in terms as per their convenience. 4. Appraisal process is pathetic. 5. Though they implemented SAP and Ariba , every thing is in paper work. 6. They don't belive in you neither HODs 7. HODs are bashed infront of junior 8. Over streched working hours. Lack of Management. Poor Salary. Salary gets credited on 8th or 9th of every month. No increments after better performance. No job security. Very slow carrier growth for entry level positions. Work culture is not satisfying.

I appreciate the company’s excellent working environment and positive company culture. It’s one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The location is convenient, clean, and close to other cities. The induction program is well-organized, and overall, the people are great. The sustainable work pressure adds to the positive experience.

...facilities, it’s important to note that these are already factored into the CTC. The difference between the promised CTC and the actual take-home pay can be a point of concern for some employees.

Company's products are good but people are worst. Company is no.1 in turnover but stands last in humanity.

Dislikes

Most irritating part is that their field tracking gps app keeps crashing. If u are 1 minute late in reporting due to app crash, traffic or anything else then they will deduct ur salary of whole day and won't pay your petrol expense and salary of that day. U have to forcefully show 15 orders at each day in app. Even if it were collected by distributor. Median field working is 14 hours, average 11 hours and 1 hour of useless discussion of seniors on phone. Anytime ur salary can be on hold and u will be thrown out. So much to say but it's not possible to describe their evilness here. Seniors of sales department were highly politics player, inhuman, low minded. They want to exploit sales person as much as possible in the most low salary. Like puri tarah se kisi ke khoon ki aakhri boond bhi nichod lena. If u have suicide as a last option then only join this company. Still its advisable to join Tynor's competitors instead and break their market.
