1)Daily new policy and none knows which one to follow as policy keep changing overnight 2)zero job security as they fire and hire as per their needs without considering employees work ethics and hardwork 3)No work life balance at all. Promise a client load of 55 and end up giving 70 clients. 4) Management is worst, ceo do not know to run a company

... for a company and looking for individual growth then this is not a right place. They pay good but you will not get professional growth. Very confused and directions less management, I would advice to think before joining because things changes here dynamically. Here, The super star can be zero the very next day.

No job security, they can shift anytime and can terminate without prior notice period

No salary increment, if they increment also next month they will cut salary. If anything goes wrong coach is responsible for that.

...pressure. And here, policies keep on changing day in and day out. HR is useless. They have changed the policy suddenly And deducting huge salary. And here, coaches are fired all of a sudden without proper justification. So, there is no job security how much ever best you are at your job.
