Toxic work culture, Team lead does not know any work ethics. Poor management. No appreciations even if you excel in your work, blame game is always on. All pressure and blamings are given to health coaches here. No proper appraisal, will make you work overtime by putting pressure. And here, policies keep on changing day in and day out.
