Toxic work culture, Team lead does not know any work ethics. Poor management. No appreciations even if you excel in your work, blame game is always on. All pressure and blamings are given to health coaches here. No proper appraisal, will make you work overtime by putting pressure. And here, policies keep on changing day in and day out. HR is useless. They have changed the policy suddenly And deducting huge salary. And here, coaches are fired all of a sudden without proper justification. Everything thing. They hired saying it's WFH, but subsequently deducted 25% salary for opting WFH. It's Fraud company.

1. No work life balance. 2. Lead and manager will screw if they don't get good results. 3. No transparency in team and within team members. 4. No virtual fests arranged/ no bonus. 5. Incentives stopped midway as company was running in loss ( BUT NO IDEA). 6. No job security and fire employees without giving them proper notice. 7. Expect us to take calls even in early morning and late night.

Target oriented. Working 6 days a week. They don't care about your wellbeing, If you complain that a client is misbehaving or is acting inappropriate, they burst it off like it's nothing. They keep changing the process every month, very stressful to keep up. At the end, everything is blamed on the coach if any other department messes up. unnecessary meetings.
