The company has two toxic entities one is the quality specialist who will take your mocks like he's buying tomatoes on the road if he doesn't like you(if you look good, guys specially as he has those complex issues 😂) since he can't fight he's just wuss. The other is the trainer named saundarya who thinks she's a training specialist but you'll see by yourself she knows nothing about what's going on. I recommend not to join this place it has a very bad work culture, no support l , no professionalism and you would leave the company in just 1-2 weeks cz that's what they'll make you do. They hardly have 7-8 inside sales people/health counselors & all are old and none of them is new,cz obviously they would find one or the other reason to make you quit if they don't like if you're better than them, or if you're a North Indian the quality guy is literally messy....Read More
