Dislikes

They spend lot of budget towards benefit and compensation and pay way above competitors. Things turned differently and company had to lay-off employees twice. This is not a good mark on ideal employer.

Work life balance, the timing is flexible. Saturday and Sunday is off. Good pay but no other benefits for contract employees.

The way they treat the contract employee is not good. At least a respect is expected. They've hurted mentally and emotionally.
