... WFO policy once the office premises are extended to accommodate more employees. Salary is on time thus far.

Dislikes

There is no respect or importance of the customer support team in the organization even though we are the ones who tackle the customers/users everyday on the frontend. No proper SOPs for the process, CEOs are clueless about the work and the office premises are the most boring & dull I have ever worked in. HRs are as clueless as the CEO trifecta. The twid payment process has lots of loopholes and the unlimited tech guys hired daily are doing absolutely nothing valuable as they simply chit-chat and pass their time daily discussing on misogynistic topics.

Dislikes

Favroitism in terms of appraisal, promotion and way of communication from top to bottom. New joiners with lot less experience is paid double then people who actually capable of delivering twice.
