There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

All over the TVS group of company will be good. They give much importance to the OPERATOR SAFETY. Senior staffs , Supervisor and manager will be helpful to the Operators. And the over all management will be neat and clean.

Salary and benefit are not satisfied.

...are and the awesome in-house food made by top chefs for employees are their USP. The annual compensation is always a bit higher than market average.

Nothing. There might be some misunderstanding but that happens in everyjob and with every boss so as an organization SCL is one of the best for employee welfare

Work Culture; Hatred towards Engineering graduates from Diploma holding Managers. No meaningful work can be done with the office politics that exist there. Engineers have no respect here.
