1. Poor work life balance, Employee always burdened with work, field person have to work even after the allocated official hours, the weekends are also occupied with work. 2. Some of the projects introduced in the field are only show off to the higher management, multiple projects running in parallel frustrates the employees due to excessive reporting of files day and night. 3. You cannot travel in the duty hours, you have to indulge your personal time to reach to any city or place while on duty.
