Only salary part they are good. While joining they are giving good hike but apart from salary nothing is good.

...in 3 to 4 meetings, 10 Excel sheets, 2 to 3 ppts. There is no work life balance. Definitely after working 2 to 3 years in TVS motor this is sure that employees will earn BP, Sugar along with their salary.

1. Departmental support in product problems. 2. Travel reimbursement, Salary and Allowances on time. Annual Appraisal is satisfactory for freshers.

Dislikes

1. Poor work life balance, Employee always burdened with work, field person have to work even after the allocated official hours, the weekends are also occupied with work. 2. Some of the projects introduced in the field are only show off to the higher management, multiple projects running in parallel frustrates the employees due to excessive reporting of files day and night. 3. You cannot travel in the duty hours, you have to indulge your personal time to reach to any city or place while on duty.

Just throwing stones around. HR people asks for money to new joiners HR people makes false commitments No pay benefits for extra work time Leaves depends on Boss approval and they deny mostly

1. Partial Management 2. Unprofessional behavior 3. Unnecessary pressure 4. Trying to pressurized you to achieve the targets then they will get bonus not you

Toxic Work culture . No respect for individuals. Have to devote yourself , your life and soul from 7am to 11pm across 365 days. No time for personal things . Even if family member dies , you have to work like you doesn't care about anything other than company.
