And in engine assembly you can learn how engine works How parts are damage when engine shifting gears. And many thing you can learn here

Hare I'm working from 2 years but they never increase my salary After 4 years they remove you without any mistake No parment work just 4 yera work with no salary incremant. And comnpny employees thesse us The frist preference always to the employees. In this company employees less work 4 or 5 hrs But we have work 8hr non stop They all see us different

Management has supported the employees during lockdown time. Paid full salary to all direct and indirect employees during the tough times. Pay cut were applied only to senior level management staffs.

Dislikes

Work life balance to be improved. Always we have to put extra efforts beyond working hours to meet the targets. Normally resources will be controlled.

Likes

Company management is worst,heavy torture,need to work daily avg 10 to 11 hours some time it extends . Production hike time there is no holiday in Sunday also. Those who are did BE or Mtech ,don't go for this, otherwise they will treat you as a robot

Dislikes

Work culture/management. Need to do overtime work without salary for over time. Higher level management treat you like a labour.

Likes

1. Departmental support in product problems. 2. Travel reimbursement, Salary and Allowances on time. Annual Appraisal is satisfactory for freshers.

Dislikes

1. Poor work life balance, Employee always burdened with work, field person have to work even after the allocated official hours, the weekends are also occupied with work. 2. Some of the projects introduced in the field are only show off to the higher management, multiple projects running in parallel frustrates the employees due to excessive reporting of files day and night. 3. You cannot travel in the duty hours, you have to indulge your personal time to reach to any city or place while on duty.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportivr and the management is transparant.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
