Good salary for a fresher. And high job security. It’s a good place for a family man to settle.

Dislikes

The below pointers completely depend on the team you get placed in. 1. The IT culture in the team was very suffocating. (Especially in HOSUR plant) 2. The work life balance is completely up and down. And if u get into few projects you will have to work even on Sundays. 3. The pressure to deliver is completely in an unimaginable high. 4. Even after giving the policy of *WFH*, the manager doesn’t allow it and makes it mandatory for all the team members to be in the office, otherwise tells to take a leave if u r not able make it to office.

Only salary part they are good. While joining they are giving good hike but apart from salary nothing is good.

Dislikes

...in 3 to 4 meetings, 10 Excel sheets, 2 to 3 ppts. There is no work life balance. Definitely after working 2 to 3 years in TVS motor this is sure that employees will earn BP, Sugar along with their salary.

worst work culture and work ethics Management treats employees like they own them for the salary given so unconditionally they have to do and work as they been told. zero work life balance

Strong and robust processes. Good pay, good benefits

Dislikes

Horrible work life balance. Forced to travel to the plant which takes away more than 4 hours of your day. Meetings are called on Saturdays and Sundays.

...agers only think about jobs. no support, we need learn by swimming in the sea. Worst is the last month salary + settlement money not received till, it was nearly 3 months after I releived from the job
