Company policies are getting overhauled slowly, still a long way to go. Work is interesting and learning opportunity is immense (read-on). New technologies and method development opportunities are really good. If work is your only idol, then it's the perfect place for you. Team mates are supportive, however if you need to collaborate with other teams, expect to scale walls. There are no walls within your team to explore new domains. The location of the factory is perfect. Away from city hustle and bustle!

... on technology and career building projects during their personal/off duty time. Appraisals and salary hikes are not really logical. Hikes may not correlate well with your performance/effort. Expect to feel physically and mentally stretched paper thin at the end of each work day. HR needs to build an environment of trust, starting with flexibility in clock-in and out policies. The security personnel treats even the company employees with so much doubt. In addition, the smartphone policies are archaic; really puzzling when WFH is allowed from personal systems. All these makes an employee really (REALLY) question whether the organization trusts its employees. IT support need serious manpower addition. The upper management needs to go easy on the unrealistic project reviews and unreasonable project timelines. If you are a person who stretches and delivers consistently, expect to consistently get work piled on you; your managers and internal clients will take you for granted. Work calls on weekends and off days are to be expected always. Trainings specific to your role is almost non-existent, especially if you are in one of the specialist teams. You are expected to build tool knowledge while working on live projects.

The commitments set by the top management are exceptional and are motivating. Lot of opportunities for self learning. Traditional in values and strong divine drive from the top management.

...g the young talent and the middle management. Work life balance is non existent. Compensation is very poor. Traditional values hence discrimination can be evident for minority groups.
