They treat their employees like a school students. Not a good work place

Dislikes

Unnecessary torture. There is no work still they are compelling others to leave late night. moreover there business is only their group business and they do not have. any outside clients. This actually in broking field is a great disadvantage as we cannot learn anything. What I feel this this will definitely affect our growth. Learning potential is almost nil

Worst.. No job security.. They don't have core knowledge.. ille treatimg employer. Squeezing to get work obtaining after that throw it dust bin. Once entered in TV's group our total future will vanish. End card for our carriers.
