There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On yhe job training is not given to new joiners.

Tvs company lot of police and the change the police every the time and collection proses is not good to the customer services proper information to customer . More difficulties to customer fasing .
