Nice company but but if u want partime job then u can do it because they will not give u sallry morethen 8000rs. Taking work from u of 12hrs.

I dont like the company because they hold my salary , not giving my incesntives and after quiting they dont give me my settlement amount and when u ask them they have their own reasons bla bla bla. Over all this company gives u nothing they make u fool with their chatter employes and then after sometime if the work not done they abuses U like they perchase u with a tiny salary and u r their dogs wo can only listen not even bark a bit and even they also eat your salary. Suppose u r working and they were taking your salary beacause they are ur boss n boss is always right. U can not aurgue with them also thats Why i hate this company because they thought only we are smarts and everybody is fool.

In this company, salary is given on time and promotion is also given on time.

concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture. Everyone here works under pressure till late night.The first company I saw was where even the HR manager worked till 1:00 in the night.

...er you have to be daynamic just because of traveling to muliple market everyday. Good Salary and excellent incentive structure.

After sometime you might be bothered with too many calls from dealer & Customer.

This company is beautiful growth in salary or post ,they have very potential in work

There is a lot of castism and pollitics The management dose not address our issues salary base is very decant but selection process is very tough for new joining 2year before which we can resign

Company is giving good incentives but you cannot take it home.

The upper management like ACM, ASM, RCM and RM they want Target to be achieved. If customer is skipped still they forced TCM and Field Executive to pay from your salary. They don't bother you take salary at home or not.
