concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture. Everyone here works under pressure till late night.The first company I saw was where even the HR manager worked till 1:00 in the night.

Work pressure is more now a days, but job security is also assured with decent salary.

Given very attractive incentive structure, which is noware co relations with the target, feel target given is not achievable

There is a lot of castism and pollitics The management dose not address our issues salary base is very decant but selection process is very tough for new joining 2year before which we can resign
