If the executive are not reached monthly target then managers are pressure to the employee for payment executive pay their own money

...y more companies can be totally desturb and not supported to their employees....Many companies reduced their staff dye to financial problem but my company gives me supportive thinking thounght salary and gives new opportunities to grow in life.... Thanks to all my Tcm Acm Rcm and all team of TVS company....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I'm working here last 2 years but my basic salary never increase why ? How can a recovery executive survive in 7100 rs salary. No incriminate for recovery executive which type of police fro recovery executive ! Reply must I'm waiting !
