concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture. Everyone here works under pressure till late night.The first company I saw was where even the HR manager worked till 1:00 in the night.

Salary On time as per market standards, Work Life Balance. Have necessary benefits as per requirements like laptop, smartphone, SIM, Travel reimbusrement etc.

Softwares used in company are outdated and require to be updated as per present technology.
