I liked how supportive my seniors were. They guided me throughout the training process and were very lenient towards me.

The salary given to me was not satisfactory. It did not match with the efforts, time I invested in this company.

... is a good place to work. The entire team is really very supportive and helpful. Competitive pay and fair policies .TVM is connected to 24*7 support or subject matter help, assignment help and there is a lot. I feel privileged to be part of the company.

Also, their culture encourages innovation, teamwork, & recognition which lead to ultimate job satisfaction.

I've had a positive experience working here due to the fixed working hours, which allow great work-life balance. Additionally, the seniors are supportive and always willing to offer guidance and feedback. The company ensures that salaries are paid on time, which is a definite plus. It's a great place to grow and learn.

Dislikes

Salary/Pay is not very attractive, and promotion opportunities are limited.
