reimbursement will take too much time more than 5 months sometimes, salary is too low, tenders are not too big, due to small projects and poor work by contractor you won't get the knowledge of actual construction like piling , pre stressing , highway or something actually big.

... promotion after doing 10-12 years job in this company. Job security zero level. Salary zero level. Expense they provide like zero level. Every thing is just like bull shit to this company.

3rd class management & partiality to employees for Vendor & project work. They provide safety shoes at just 800 rs . for 2 years validity, they play with employees safety & very insecure job without any increment even done hard working. If u have no option, then join otherwise never recommend to join organisation.

In project work, company not even worried about employees, even they provide safety shoes at just limitation of 800 Rs. with two years validity. In field work, shoes hardly run for one year & company demand to run compulsory for two years. also there was no any safety for our job. If there is no any option, can join otherwise never. May be i would like to join again if i have no any option.
