...nt was given more preference for audits or bias .no bonus no leaves I could get.in addition boss threaten to deduct salary.i could not use my any of MNC company experience.

... criterias .my travel reimbursment used to take 1 month to approve from my boss.i was not allowed to take leaves and did not get bonus mentioned in ctc package. My 42k wasted with my relocation cost loss with harassamet as bonus .my fellow audiotor whom under i was put under training audits never allowed me to get trained properly ..all the time during audtis he used to talk on dirty politics and disrespect me as co auditor .sometimes insulting also. Junior subordinates 20 years yonger talikng to me disrespectfully and shouting on me.dduring any professional work activities.i. recommend experienced and qualified talanted people to stay away from this company. Also finally they did not even allowed me to complte single audit of iso 14001 for which i paid before joining and iso 9001 incompltete audit log .and fknally left with all false allegations of non perfofmance spiling my 15years mnc career history credit. .

work life culture is great and you will get your salary timely.

reimbursement will take too much time more than 5 months sometimes, salary is too low, tenders are not too big, due to small projects and poor work by contractor you won't get the knowledge of actual construction like piling , pre stressing , highway or something actually big.

It is happy to work in TUV SUD.No pressure here and work with always an happy mood.Our managers are very friendly and always helpful

It is hard to maintain the work-life balance.and salary is satisfactory, but the same time expense is too high. Savings cannot be maintained.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
