There is nothing good to work. The team which never belongs to the company with so called advisors take the calls for the company. They do not have any knowledge what happens on-ground. People take decisions irrespective of the market knowledge. If you desire to have a future in ed-tech and in a job, kindly do not join this company.

...power point presentations in which you have to copy and paste the learning data. Also they don't provide salaries on time. I left working on that office in November 2021, and i still haven't got my October and November months salary. Their are more 15 other peoples like me who haven't got their salaries. Plus there is lots office politics and if you are expecting carrear growth, never bring this thought in your mind, as you will never find it hear.

Tutoroot is one of the worst company you can ever see. They give less salary than what they agree In offer letter on name of unnecessary deductions. They fire their employee even in the back dates. Zero professionalism.

I like the platform for eLearning. They give Salary on 1st or 2nd. Its the 2nd good thing.

...y want by listening others and due to politics. They don't value good employees. No proper training for new employees, no extra benefits except salary, free coffee, tea, and afternoon snacks. Worst working culture. 6 days working and even Sunday working in case of more work!! Senior don't respect junior employees. Job is not secure. They terminate any employee if they want without any valid reason. Worst place to work... Worst experience in my life.

Full of politics and favouritism they don’t care about employees and eat their money, no salary increment and no FNF no PF. Extremely very waste company
