Everything is a mess here. The shift timings are not fixed; the morning shift is 9.5 hours long, and they don’t give any time for breakfast or lunch. By the time they decide to give a lunch break, it will be over. The managers are so clueless that they don’t even understand the company’s issues. They come in acting all high and mighty, just wandering around in front of the girls. The upper management is completely out of touch as well; if you ask for leave or mention coming in late, they act like it’s the end of the world and talk big, but when it comes to approvals, they’ll later say they won’t approve it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here—there’s no growth, just office politics, favoritism, and poor management, along with rotational shifts.

1) Poor Management 2) No Growth literally ZERO 3) As it is an IIT based startup, there is and always will be salary disparity if compared IITian and non-IITian. 4) There is nepotism and favouritism towards non-IITian employees. 5) You won't learn even 1 tool that will help you in your career.

This can sometimes lead to misunderstandings and delays in providing accurate solutions. Additionally, the platform's interface could be more user-friendly to streamline the submission and feedback process.

The people I work with at Tutorbin are some of the most hospitable people I've met. They make my working time here much better.

I don't know if that's on me Or the company, but it's difficult maintaining personal and professional growth at the same time.
