... the company in August. Sometimes I wonder why I wasted my time by joined there. As soon as I joined, I came to know about the huge salary issue. Those who are already working have not received their salary for two/three months. I got my first salary after so many days honestly very late. A wide variety of management issues are there . Some people go there to hang out just no work life balance is mainted over there. It is better to say that I was in the channel sales department under Mr. Chandan Bose. He is only in the time of giving so called lecture , perhaps in the time of work big zero. I think he should give up these frivolous activities and take "Sannyas". Being the head of the department he is nothing but a big fail , and if you are under him ,don't think about any kind of help about your works.. And it's better if hr teams are not there. How to hide words should learn from mr alok and his fellow hr. Other times, the employer/ HR will come to tell you where the mistake is, but if you ask why the monthly is late, shouldn't credited yet ,it is as if he does not know. Anyway, writing a review about this fraud company is a waste of time. No fnf is available after leaving work. It is said that people will be paid after 45 days for the days they work in the office ,those are totally a lie. Big nonsense. And one more thing they said they have the payslips pattern ,still not get any kind of payslips , Jab Kam karte the tab nehi mila ab keya milega ,big joke !!!! Just don't go over there.

1. No fix date for salary. 2. No fix working module. 3. The place doesn't even look like a office. 4. Higher management doesn't even consider BDAs as humans. 5. No Holiday leave. Weekoff is on Monday in this company. Suppose there is a National Holiday on Sunday, you will definitely get sunday off, but you have to work at monday. This is how they steal your holidays. 6. No opportunity for growth. 7. You will be working even on your weekoff. 8. At first, they will say logout time is at 7.00 pm, but after a couple of weeks you will be logging out of the system past 7.30 pm.

They would delay in providing salary. It is written in the offer letter that you would get it by the first 5-10 days of every month. But it stretches up to the 20th day as well. No work-life balance. Boring and repetitive work. On top of that, they would say that you can earn incentives. But they structure the targets in such a way nobody earned any incentive in the whole department. They would just mock you by saying you are doing a bad job but wouldn't mention the points where you are doing wrong. Only Mondays were off. I had no social life. They would cut your one day's salary if you are late for three days in a month. They would cut your week off day's salary, i.e Monday, if you are absent for both Sunday and Tuesday. The HOD is a lunatic. He fires people for absenteeism but himself fails to the office quite often. A BIG TALKER. I was said that the work hours would be from 10 am to 7 pm mostly. Sometimes, it would stretch up to 7:30 pm or 8 pm. But later they deliberately used to leave us at 7:30 pm. Some employees would be there till 8:30 pm too. Sales is a job with a lot of pressure and you have to listen to a lot of taunts. But if you can do that you can earn some sweet money. But in this organisation, I DIDN'T EVEN GET MONEY.

The people including managers are flexible with timings if you are a subject matter expert. But if you are an animator or artist, life is gonna be hard. You may be expected to stay back all night. Work is easy and colleagues and management is co-operative. Work timings are flexible and employees can sleep on the job. Lunch timings are also not fixed can you can eat when hungry.

Dislikes

...et the most work done out of fresh graduatesby paying them less and duping them. They advertise a high salary and pay lower after you join. They cut pay for not wearing Id cards and for other useless reasons. They credit salary of previous month after 29th of current month hence technically making you work double for half the pay.

Nothing. Worthless place to work with. Experienced candidates shouldn’t come. Join if you are ready to work without salary. Salary gets credited in 40-50 days. No training provided. No support at all
