When you come to work at a startup company you have to accept there will be challanges. Last year on this date 13th January 2022, I joined Tutopia. Based on my past work experience my HOD trusted me by giving me the responsibility to start a new process. I was equally excited & nervous but I did my best and the new process started. Challenges came & I did my best to over come those. People might say its not a work-life balanced job but which on is? As i was given the responsibilty as an agent I had even worked Solo on Sundays when my team were taking week off. felt bad but i knew I was contributing for something. Later as work load increased my teammates joined me. The process is now running smoothly. Later after 6months an promotion opportunity came which the Management decided I would be the perfect fit and now I got promoted and currently working as a Quality Analyst. Yes there were ups & downs , yes the salaries were late a few times but its the time when you show a company your loyalty. People will say alot of things but at the end its natures rule which matters "Survival of the fittest"....Read More

There was no work ethics and it is not a fresher friendly company. There is no proper traing given before hitting the floor. I could not work there for even a month

Nothing. Company full of fake promises. Owner has zero business knowledge and he thinks he knows everything. The only reason startup like this is not working because of illiterate owners. He is only good in one thing actually two things: 1. Making fake promises and showing false hope to investors. 2. Taking unnecessary people in thecompany. Nothing to like. You get hired, then all of a sudden VP Mr. Chandan Bose fires you. And Mr. Alok the HR is of no work other than skipping his communication.

Salary credits on end of the month. No fixed model of working. The Directors change their mind all of a sudden. The Recruitment Manager Nabaneeta convinces you to join, but when problem comes she stops responding to your calls. Please do not join this company.
