The roles primarily involves in routine work and there is limited room for professional growth since they use some outdated frameworks. Initially when I joined Turvo, the tech-crowd was good. Initial employee benefits were also very good considering the size of the company like health reimbursements, wellness day off was introduced in between etc. Flexibility of working from home/anywhere option is also one of the major factors I joined Turvo.

Dislikes

Off lately IMO, company's direction is not positive. Company was acquired and the product was unable to deliver the buyer's expectation hence There a lot of cost cutting measures, firings across all levels IMO, Current management is just not upto the marks. Company culture is not that great now
