Until 2021, the company was thriving and considered one of the best place to work in every aspect. However, it has since deteriorated significantly. The entire management hierarchy has changed, and now it is filled with less qualified and unprofessional managers. The company was acquired by one of its customer, and subsequently, it failed to meet their expectations. This led to aggressive cost-cutting measures, including layoffs, frozen wages, and reduced benefits and perks. The atmosphere in the company has become highly negative, and many employees are seeking for new opportunities. Despite having strong tech stacks, there have been no recent developments, and the company seems to be in maintenance mode. No work life balance. Senior management will treat you like you are there own assistants. They won't listen to our concern. I have worked for other product companies but never faced this before. I have seen people going out often and company sending out people or threaten people.This is for FTE. But If your a vendor resource,I'm sorry. This is going to be a terrible experience.Beware!
